This one night Family Adventure, ideal for family travel, is filled with fun and activities for the whole family and is a unique eco-experience incorporating nature activities on the property with the Tenikwa staff, and comfortable accommodation in family suites.

Arrive at 16h00 for Welcome, Orientation, Ground Rules and Check-in.

Before dinner,go on an exciting forest expedition to learn what wonders the forest holds before the sun sets

Dinner tonight (weather permitting) is a traditional Boma Dinner. Don’t expect to be served, dinner making is a combined family effort. Learn how to make Stokbrood, Sosaties and delicious sweet treats on the coals of the fire.

After dinner and enjoying the stars, retire to your family suite which is comfortably furnished to 3-star standards.

Before breakfast, make sure to check out of the rooms. Breakfast in the morning is at Chesters Coffee Shop, after which you will be met by your guide for the day to take you on an Eco-kidz Family Challenge. During the course of this program, we introduce core elements of conservation using our EcoKidz booklet which has all sorts of quizzes and questions to answer. A Pledge to live the EcoKidz principles and a certificate completes the program. This is followed by a workshop on how to track, identify and make your own spoor cast. The perfect souvenir to take back home.

A delicious brunch bush picnic concludes your family adventure, enjoy the last moments of tranquility overlooking our indigenous Tsitsikamma Forest.
