A Sparrow Hawk was found by a security guard at Market Square Plettenbergbay, it was dazed after flying into a window. Barney from the market square immediately called Tenikwa. On the 29 March’18 Tenikwa got a call from “HOME FROM HOME” Plettenberg Bay to inform us that 3 baby Greater Striped Swallows landed up out of the nest due to tree trimming. Plastics are becoming a major concern on the environment. Plastic waste is suffocating the earth systems at an alarming rate, and the alarming thing is, we hardly notice the damage those thrown away plastic straws or plastic bottles have amounted to. It is time to wake up and put an end to it whilst we still can, before we get to a point of no return.
